Sessions are provided via teletherapy in the comfort of your home or private space (office, car, etc). If you’ve used Zoom, Facetime, or similar apps, you’re familiar with the idea of video sessions. I use secure video software to help ensure your session and information is confidential.
Clients often comment on the ease of these sessions, their convenience, and therapeutic results. Video sessions eliminate commute time and the need for a babysitter, scheduling dilemmas, or extra time off work. They can take place during lunch, between appointments during the day, or while children are sleeping.
Video sessions are not for everyone. Mental health needs or personal preferences may require a different type of service. Each potential client completes a 15 minute complimentary consultation to ensure video sessions are an appropriate fit for their therapeutic needs.
